beginner questions on videography - DSLR

hi

I used to shoot with a d700 full frame camera. thus i have a few prime lens for e.g. nikon 12mm, 20mm, 35mm, 50mm and also a 80-200 mm lens in my dry box.

i sold away my d700 many years ago but the lens are still in my dry box. My questions are

1) i plan to do some video presentation for a product and send it over to my potential clients. indoor and outdoor and may require a presenter giving a short presentation during the video shoot. what is the camera to buy to to complement the lens that i already have. and if i need to buy any special lens for this purpose. ( i have a 3k rm budget for the camera but wouldn't mind getting a cheaper and older nikon camera as long as it is not too old of a model. something that suffice.

2) and what are the microphone system u recommend, wireless? i have a tripod.but what ballhead do i buy to pan or for videography. and also simple lighting for indoor use.

3) i use a Mac lap top , so what software should i use for video editing? preferably easy to use and comes bundled with Mac lap top.

i would like a value for money set up as i am not professional. more towards making a good product presentation my for own business but at the same time , i don't want it to look too amateurish too.

hi, i am on nikon dx system (not expert) and i think it will be fine if you go with a dx body (cheaper, maybe even 2nd hand) - and u can still use your fx prime

1 - i find that the nikon 5x00 series with the flip/articulating screen is useful for videos
2 - microphone > definitely a newbie with sound. i have only tried zoom h1 and i like it's quality and size for the price. don't think there is a need for a video head unless you are doing some "pan/tilt moves"
3 - video edit (mac) => imovie?

my feel is that proper lighting control (which i'm sure you are already very familiar with) is probably more important than the camera for this particular situation, and for audio input - the best advice the seniors here gave me has always been => get the mic as close to the sound as possible =)
