I use Canon 5D mk3 with 70-200 f2.8 non-IS, 24-70 f2.8 mk 1 and 580 mk1 flash with flexi bounce diffuser (made in Malaysia).
Shot in AV mode and ETTL flash. Only apply little sharpening and minor adjustment in exposure in photoshop.
Just made sure you get focus right and exposure correctly when shooting and the post process is easy and simple
