B&H Photo - Does not ship to Singapore?

Has anyone bought online from them before? When I tried to check-out, it stated that they do not ship here...sad

They shipped to me directly last time. Paid by credit card - but they will need a scanned copy or fax of your credit back (both sides) for verification first. I bought a Sunpak 383 flash and Spyder2Express from them.

I hope it's not their new policy to not ship to Singapore. :bheart:

I could select the shipping-to option as Singapore, and the shipping is 'UPS Worldwide Saver' at $47.40. Could managed to proceed to the Paypal checkout but I stopped short of entering my Paypal password.

yep..thats right...but i was using the other option - google checkout....then a small yellow box with the note appears below the shipping address to be keyed in i think... should I just shaft it and enter the details...

I read from somewhere else that if you don use google checkout then it would be fine. Google checkout accepts only shipping to the US.

I think you will get taxed on GST only if the declared worth of all items in one parcel is above US$400 or something like that. You can check it up on ICA website.

Hi all, anyone bought lens from B&H, there is USA and imported quotes, just wondering is it really true as per what they mentioned on the website:

"If you should experience a problem with a product sold with a USA warranty, it can be sent to any of the manufacturer’s worldwide authorized service facilities for servicing."

From what i check with canon singapore, all international warranty items are recognised by Canon Singapore for a 6 months warranty only. So does that mean i only get 6 months warranty from Canon Singapore with a B&H USA warranty canon lens product? please enlighten the confused me.

I don't know the details, but I do know there are similar limitation for BillMeLater and Google CheckOut, so this cold be an internat'l bank issue or just our security precautions. Your options include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AmEx and wire transfer.
