Assistant Photographer for Company D&D 29 Jan

i am looking for an assistant photographer for the above event on 29 Jan from 630 to 1030pm.

my requirements:
1. time - require AP to come at least 30 mins to familarise the place and take some test shots and if need to, stay past 30 mins as requested by host (note - the time before and after are normally not paid, simply because i do not get paid for it too!)
2. equipment - at least on a nikon D300 or canon 50D with a wide angle, telephoto lens and a flash.
3. experience - must have covered at least 3 company d&d, must have the technical knowledge and able to take sharp pictures.
4. medium - jpeg fine/large. to transfer original photos to me end of the day
5. rate - pay $50 an hour.

1) this is not a tender where the job goes to the lowest bidder.
2) my whole point in paying $50 an hour is to get a reliable and experienced person. this is a real job and i cannot afford to take chances.
