hiya Nicesnap. Kind of interesting or rather a fresh to look at how others would handle the same scene and pp their photos given the same conditions. Imho.... can't say I like your photos nor dislike.... but the sky almost filled with cloud quickly as the daybreak giving a plain and boring white sky when you get the buildings correctly exposed.
What I did is for my #5 is to HDR the shots. Then pp for it to look as natural as possible.
For Wildcat, he might probably do a blending with 2 shots.
I kinda like your 3rd photo, a fresh perspective looking at the same scene using the walking path as the leading lines to the building.
