Now that the XF405 is shipping, there is a finally a strong use case for Convergent Design Apollo's latest Titan Extract function. The Titan Extract function mimics how the Mevo works ie, cut a 4K feed up into a few faux HD streams.
The problem with that is not all subjects are in focus when the image is punched in.
Enter the XF405 touchscreen DPAF!
Now touch the new close-up on the XF405 to focus and touch the Apollo's screen to swtich. Viola! Sharp HD resolution multicam livestream with just one cameraman.
