Anywhere to buy camera repair tools locally?

I am in need of some esoteric camera repair tools i.e.

1) Filter-dent removal vise.
2) Lens element vaccum puller
3) A set of rubber hand-tools to remove name ring


... besides importing them, are there any local shops which stock these and other micro-tools?

Thanks for the suggestions. PPCP only had of interest the fungicide, but it is no longer stocked!

I've ordered a lens-vise for removing filter dents and some sunction cups for handling lens elements from a shop in India yesterday(Active Industries).

Already have the spanner wrenches.... for the cups to remove name rings, I might just try and make some at home.
