Hi all,

I am without a job for six months now and gotta sell my equipments. I maybe wrong but it seems that selling to a second-hand store is the fastest way to get my life saving cash.

Does anyone of you know which second-hand camera dealer in Singapore pays the best price. or is willing to deal?

Any idea would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

Try posting here what you want to sell. It depends how fast you need the money, most if not ALL shops really don't give much for your items. For certain items they may not have interest either......unlee it is all AF stuff which seems to be easier to sell. Most shops usually gives you about 50-70% of new price. Go around all the shops and ask their quotes, this gives you an idea which ones will give you the best price.

I have tried forsale posting but there is no taker.
As I have bills to pay so I thought I need to get some cash quick and that's when the thought of second-hand dealers came in.

I can imaging their offers to be quite terrible, but it's push coming to shove time for me.

What u may want to do is to ask the second hand dealers hwo much they willtake the item, then come back here and post the ads for slightly higher. there will still be pple who will take ur items and you will earn overall (since u were prepared to sell for low low $$$ to the shop and now u get a bit more)

of course if u dont want the hassle of meets up etc, then go for teh shop, but imho, the shops really rip u off...
