Anyone heard of Peleng 8mm Fisheye lens? MO possible?

Hi guys,

Was browsing ebay, came across this 8mm fish eye lens, built like Zenitar 16mm. I think its russian. Cost S$360++ Comes in Nikon, Canon and other mount.

Effect looks good, Anyone can do MO?
