Anyone bought camera from Airport before?

Has anyone bought camera from the duty free zone at the Singapore Changi Airport before? What's the price like?

Was looking for a Ixus 400 for a friend.
Decided to look on one of the trips.

Canon list $899
Airport $864 (less the GST lor)
AP $770

I guess it is not that cheap there.
Not sure if bargaining is possible but the gap seems big

price is expensive. it's probably cheaper to take a cab to Sim Lim Square or Cathay Photo, grab a camera and take a cab back.
