yup agree with you that the timing is very important. most of the time i just snap and snap without paying attention to the timing. i guess the timing can be better achieved with a cable release together with bulb exposure mode. only then can u precisely control how long and exactly when to close the shutter to achieve the best effect.

Yes I did use a tripod ... and I spent 100 over dollars for a remote control specially for this occasions :bheart: :bheart: (Guess I can still use it for other shoots also ....) ...

By the way, how to use the bulb mode ??

wow seems like u really spent a lot on digital photography. that's great!! the bulb mode can be set by playing with the menu options. go to manual mode and press the menu button. enter 'show all menus' and scroll until u see 'exposure options'. select it and u can select bulb mode from there.

for bulb mode, just press and hold the shutter and release it when u are done with the exposure. so u can determine how long u want to expose in that way.
