Any Singapore Sony F717 users affected by focuss problems?

I have update my f717 firmware or adjustment. The Sony Girl say that all camera may need to update. But, those selling now should be no problem.:thumbsup:

I also went to Sony center to upgrade my F717 firmware, all I can say is the staffs are extremely friendly and nice. The firmware upgrade process took about 5 minutes, and the lady did it right in front of the customer. At first I thought that she would align the laser so I took out the skylight filter for her convenience. However, the actual process did not even need to take off the lens cap! She just took out the battery/memory, removed a small plastic near the battery door, inserted a flex cable to that socket, and adjusted some setting on a handheld gadget which tied to the flex cable. And returned the F717 immediately to me right after that.

Does anyone face the exposure time variance issue? Anyone knows if Sony Singapore has a fix for this? More info on this here

Yup me having the same prob too. Did a test back then by shooting at a watch. Can it be fixed?:dunno:

stevick when they fix/upgrade my cam they said that the shutterlag is fixed too but i haven try yet.....coz got no watch all digital :bsmilie:

Hi JaGr and all, juz brought my cam down to Haw Par today, got the shutter lag-exposure time variance prob fixed.:gbounce:

Any of u guys have this prob, can juz bring it there, get a queue no. and its fixed within 10 mins.:thumbsup:
