Any s/w that allows me to change the Frame width/height?

i have a few clips that's in wide screen format...
any one knows if there's any s/w that allows me to change it the frame width n height??

..actually many stand alone software can convert your video video files from one format to another. It allows you to convert AVI, DivX, XviD, MPEG and frame size too.

You can try ulead DVD MovieFactory v6 plus with many option to choose and can output directly to dvd,other video file format and 16:9 , 4:3 frame ratio...you can download the trial version from ulead. or MySupersoft SuperAVConverter v.8.9.600
