Any news of DSLR development from Minolta?

Does anyone have information on a probable development of a professional DSLR from Minolta similar to the likes of D100 from Nikon.

One of my friends told me that there're new Minolta digital SLRs soon to be released on the market,. He read about them in the Computer Times. They're a staggering 11 & 14 megapix!!!
I don't know if it's true or not. Maybe you can check recent Computer Times.
