Advice: Look at quality and skill but not price. The price is about the same compareed among those studios doing these business.

alternatively, you could look at portrait gallery in river valley road. The photographer there has been shooting graduation shots for many years. I agree with SoNn7 that you ought to look at the photographer's work than the price.

Portrait Gallery is located in River Valley Road. It is quite near to Orchard Road too.
