Any advises on converting CoolPix 4500 to IR?

Hi everyone,

i would like to convert my Nikon CoolPix 4500 into a digital Infrared camera. Please advise me on where i can get it done (in Singapore?). I have searched the sites about it, but not much info.

I found two supporting sites that said CoolPix 4500 is quite good for IR photography:

BTW, i found this highly recommended website that provides IR conversion for digital cameras within their recommended list of digi-cameras (except CoolPix 4500).

IMHO it is better to convert digi-cam to IR than just using the IR filters. And giving 'new life' to old DSLR for IR photography.
