does it give that effect u have for these two photos?

Raj, actually using Photoshop you can simulate that effect...

Go to Filter-->Blur-->Radial Blur and select Zoom Blur instead of Spin Blur.

Ya... Unless you really mind having 'irregular' warping or juz wanted to have fun with the lens. Else, PS should be able to do nice tricks.
