your black and white lacks contrast. think your curves are pulled wrongly. picture looks very desaturated. ur blacks are dark greys at best.

also, your title doesnt fit the image. it looks more like, "wow, its a hot day, isnt it?" rather than your title.

Correct, that what I wanted to shoot but the couple were not my friends. Just happen to be at the scene at that time and got the picture. Unfortunately, I didnt get the aperture right.
