Advice needed- Voigtlander Bessamatic

A friend got hold of antique

Voigtlander Bessamatic
and
Color-Skopar 1:2.8/50mm
Super-Dynaxrex 1:4/135mm

Any advice on where to sent it for a good service?
(mirror seems to be stuck, and the 50mm lens can't be attached securely.)

Either in Spore or Overseas ?
Any advice?
