ADV102B or Fx7e or XM2 ?

im getting a used set for replace my MD9000,useing it as wedding AD shooting.
shortlisted these three model:

1)ADV102B
2)FX7E
3)XM2

any suggestion?

Why not Z5E? Can record to tape or CF card with additional unit. Future-proof your investment with HD capability.

The FX7 and XM2 have a 3.5mm jack mic input.

I would recommend the Panasonic AG-DVX102B. I think that is what you were referring to (ADV102B).
It's the only one out of the 3 that has a dual XLR mic input.

You can connect a shotgun mic to one XLR input and you can connect a wireless mic system to the other to capture the audio during solemnisation ceremony.

If I want to record good audio during the wedding as well as good video, I would go for the DVX102B. But that is just my 2 cents worth.

yes obviously. I ever tried dvx and it tends to overexpose easily and the white balance keeps changing from indoor to outdoor. you need to be fast.

i will be selling my canon XM2 in 2 months time. upgrading to XHA1 probably. any takers?
