Adobe Primiere Elements 3.0 - transcode error

Hi, I tried to burn a 1.5 hr movie into a DVD and I kept getting transcode error? Anyone can help me?

My PC is a P4 1.7Ghz, 1.25G memory and 100G free space.

maybe you can free up your desktop and any big files in your C Drive. as well as your internet history files etc.. I encounter this problem today.... after I transfer all my files into the D drive....and free up all the history file and do a virus scan.. it actually start burning DVD without the transcode error. hope this help
