Adjustable diopter for leica M

Dear all

I have difficulty focusing on my leica M as my eyesight is quite bad (bad astigmatism)..anyone here tried the MS-Mag adjustable diopter? care to comment on your experience? Who sells similar ones in Singapore?

On the Canon DSLR, it seems my eye's diopter compensation value varies (i guess depending on how tired my eye is).....so, I dont know what my actual diopter is ..so will need the variable type..
