Maybe if the videographer puts in minimal effort in the editing process, may still be able to squeeze thru. But good luck to him!

and have his without polishing and minimal effort video shown to maybe 400 guests with some of them being potential customers? it's not going to do his reputation any good if they don't think well of him/her.

did one with 5pm solemnisation and already felt choked

Snap snap, the folks here r right. It will be near to impossible to do a good job for the time lapse given. The only way is the use of 2 videographers and live editing equipment, or the use of some harddisk based device to bypass the capture phase. U see, the workflow is to film>capture>edit>render>DVD compilation. There r shortcuts but I doubt any pros here r using HDD based capture at the moment. If there is, the price owuld be rather high. Do consider the facts we highlighted. If u like to go for 2VG then the price would be significantly higher towards the 2k range.

Option 1 - sub out the express editing to an editor to do the express.. the videographer can concentrate on the shoot.

Option 2 ( as mentioned by some) - 1 person shoot first part 7am to 1pm and do the express editing. 2nd person cover the 4pm-10pm Solemnization + dinner.

Did b4 for such timing in Option 1 which i was the editor.. have to admit is very tedious, was rush like hell as the earlier session over shot to 2pm+.. :what:

option 2 better as 1st person know what was shot and can handle the express better.

agree.. but tat time the main-con (the videographer) wanted to earn more, so he oni sub the express editing part to me.. which was oso why more tedious for editing lor.

Thanks guys, I know it is difficult that is why I put the express edit in as optional. There are however possibilities of doing it as sundazz says.
1 videographer cover for morning, do editing comes back with end product at 6.30pm. (I am suggesting this way as I had tried doing what sundazz does and found that it is not effective.)
Another to cover the 5pm solemization.

Must used 2 VG. Other country like U.S and UK not just 2 but 3 to 4 VG all shot in HDV:D

over there the church service is very sacred and no one is allowed to disrupt the service. photographer and videographer are not even allowed to move around.

the prices they charge also different from here.
