Once your Zhiyun Crane is carefully balanced, the last thing you want is to upset the balance wiith additional accessories on the camera hotshoe.
But there's very little space left to attach accessories (mics and light) to on the Zhiyun handle once you grab it in your hands.
To create more real estate, a second parallel bar is available in the form of the a 31.8MM Double Clamp Carbon Fiber Bicycle Handlebar Extender.
$28 from Aliexpress.
After that, you can use any handlebar mount with 1/4"-20 screws.
Even if you don't attach anything to it, a double stemmed Zhiyun will allow you to pass it smoothly from one hand to your other hand for a hyper-extended 'slider' shot.
