I usually use fill-in flash in HSS mode with a Stofen Omni-bounce for outdoor portraiture. I'm wondering do I need to manually increase the flash with the Stofen in place or will TTL take care of this? How about with ADI?
i read somewhere that the stofen (or similar) will cut your output by half a stop, but its never bothered me. if your pics are not coming out under, then why worry?
