DUDE! Whoa...pls pls ease on the DI man.
You completely ruin her face with the processing. IF you do not know how to den dont try.
It is overdone, too fake.
Please work on ur lighting and not just snap away. Too much shadows on ur models face. No sense of where the light is coming from.
Forget about the composition, forget about the model. First of all, figure out how are you going to light your subject before thinking about framing and other stuff.
try not to shoot in midday. Worst angle of light unless u know how to go around it.

2) Very harsh shadows in some shots - consider using a reflector or flash to fill-in
Problem however : as underlined, the light. Did you have a diffuser and reflector? Almost impossible to get decent shots without these before 5 pm. Or wait for some diffusing help from mother nature ( clouds, or get the pictures late afternoon )
Regards
use reflectors more to fill in the lights.
Highlights and shadow not balance out .
lack of contrast in the face, as though to reduce the shadows.
I volunteer to be the reflector a.k.a lighting boy next time round. :bsmilie:
Hi Bro, nice model, and cute poses you managed to capture. My main pet peeve with portraits is overblown highlights. Not that overblown highlights are always a bad thing, but they need to be handled with care.
I won't comment on the post-processing, but the harsh sun wasn't on your side. This is why I refuse to join morning photoshoots (9am-12pm) out in the open, just too much pain in the a** to deal with extreme contrast.
