This is likely the Brightcast V15 marketed under the Marcotec brand.

It uses the same Sony BP-U 60/90 bateries as the original Brightcast V15 but is now available in bi-color.
The Kamerar branded V15 runs on larger V-mount battery instead which defeats the purpose of such as lightweight panel.
