7Hi - camera shake warning

Hi All,

I am a starter in this field..
My dimage7Hi quite often shows the camera shake warning (the shaking hand sign).. even if I use a tripod and a remote cord ! is this normal ?

that's just a warning that the light level is low. it doesn't mean the camera is shaking.

The camera doesn't have a tripod detecting sensor, so all It knows is that the light level is low enough that a tripod is advised, so it displays the shake warning. Since it can't detect the tripod, using one isn't going to make the warning go away...
