7D iso200 is the best?

Just use what ever ISO you need man...

I shoot mainly 200 or 400, 800 and 1600 occasionally, 3200 if I need to.

ISO 100 is too slow for me... In the church, normally shoot 1600, up to 3200 if I have too..

Indeed if we talk about print out, even at ISO1600, it's doesn't really show.
So as long as don't print large copy, it's fine to use upto ISO1600. But I still prefer to stick below ISO800 if possible, as I seldom print them out.
