Was checking on the pricing of the crons. Found in that in Singapore that new in singapore is about 4.5k. From the link, Hongkong selling for about 3.2k.

Why such big difference? And did anyone buy from 9days hk before?

I find Singapore prices are a little higher due to GST not forgetting Hong Kong is a tax free shopping paradise. I had previously ordered a small item from them. The online store is good and reliable. Except if you are buying something with value above SGD $1000, there will be a duty tax for items coming in from overseas by mail. This could be from 10 to 20% of the value. Read the term and conditions from online store which they stated clearly they are not reliable for any tax claimed from. And the online store will not under valued your item too cos the items are insured.

Everything in Singapore is overpriced in more ways than one. It's not just a matter of tax; It's endemic.

No one seems to want to point out that there's something of a cartel going on here.

Definitely cheaper in HK. I bought my Cron in Tokyo, Map camera. Also cheaper than SG because of the Yen now. Second hand 35 ASPH was about $2400-2600. If I recall rightly, USA also cheaper. Lol, anywhere but Sg for Leica goods.

Thanks for the advise! I think now I have to make a decision between a brand new ASPH from HK or to get the type1 cron which cost much more!

Well.. 35 Cron ASPH are a dime a dozen. The type 1, however, isn't highly sought after for no reason, albeit an acquired taste.
