3.55 SGD for 1 roll of 24-Exp Tri-X @ 500 rolls

Anyone interested in Sharing Cost of Arista Premium 400, aka Tri-X 400 ?
This is 24 Exposure Roll.
Free style is having promo that > 500 rolls = 2.49 USD each,
I calculated that at 500 rolls, and using the shipping calculator, and 1.27 as exchange rate,
it comes out to about

((154.62 Freestyle shipping + 1245 for 500 rolls of film)/500)*1.27 exchange rate = 3.55 SGD per roll.

Any takers ?

Felix, I always use Comgateway to ship heavy items back to Singapore.
I'd assume that 500rolls would weigh quite a bit, how much is Freestyle quoting for the shipping?
It might be cheaper with Comgateway (Shop online in the U.S from where you live | comGateway).

btw, the promotion only for 24 exposures? since the price difference for 24 and 36 exposures on their website is only 20 cents.

at current no of rolls 145 rolls, cost is ((2.59 x 145 = 375.55) + 77.28 shipping) x 1.28 currency exchange x 1.07 GST) / 145 = 4.2772 sgd per roll

at 200 rolls, cost is ((518.00 + 88.30) * 1.28 * 1.07)/200 = 4.151 sgd per roll.

total is 145 rolls of arista premium (tri-x) in 24 exposure roll.
cost is (145 rolls x 2.59 usd) = 375.55 + 77.28 shipping = 452.83 usd x 1.28 exchange x 1.07 gst = 620.195968 sgd / 145 rolls = 4.27 around 4.30 cent per roll.
