1999 Manhattan

Dug up some old stuffs. This was the landscape of Manhattan in 1999 when I was there (scanned in from an APS film). A reminder of how the world has changed so much in a such a short span of time.

i will be amazed if there is a thin layer of fog amongst the buildings, the taller ones will emerge, and faintly showing the others...

You can just about make out the Statue of Liberty there. I have a similar shot from 1998. This shot will never be possible again.
