Anyone keen to takeover a studio at Geylang. Furunished with 3 separate rooms in August. 6 more months and the rental is S$1000.00 per month. I will subsidize S$100.00 for the next 6 months which means you only pay S$900.00.

I need to move to a bigger space for our workshops and projects...... Interested can call me for viewing.

actually if u want, u can sign a new contract wi the owner.... in August left with 6 months.

Another option is to share with 2 people. Each about $350 a month. PUB will split among 3 of us. Interested photographers can pm me. I don't think I will be using the studio as I will be moving out but I be using the darkroom behind.
