not really neccessary (dun worry, they won't sabo your Kodah roll at fuji developing centers  )

just up to your own personal perference on their service, and the paper they use...

I used to bring konica/ kodak to fuji to print coz their crystal archive paper's really superb

Fuji paper is pure white while Kodak is a little yellowish. I prefer Fuji's Crystal Archive Supreme Paper.

what ya mean?
so being a member is free not?

Dunno leh.
From what I see from the Netsimaging site.

You have to pay $50 for credits, and all the photo printing charges are deducted from it. Can top up $ later when run low.

There is a self service PC at the outlet for registration and ordering.

for non digital explorer club the rate are (if still remains the same):

personally i feel what is bad
1 - 5 prints = $1.50 each
6 - 10 prints = $1.20 each
11 - 20 prints = $1 each
21 - 40 prints = $0.70 each
41 & above = $$0.50 each

what is good
1. no handling fee
2. you collect the next day.

they use kodak royal paper.

this is expensive !!

let me clarify how it works. ( although I don't work for them )

you pay $50 deposit each time with them.

then whatever you spent is deducted from that credit.

they even do online uploading so you can upload the files to them.

they also do mailing, thus they send the photos to you. the mailing fees (sing post charge) are deducted from your account.

ie. you do not even need to go to the shop to print your photos.

as for quality, it's not bad. good enough for me. kodak express does have a minimum standard for quality. :)

I dun like the idea we need to place a $50 deposit... I like to pay for what I want. Not place some deposit as if they worried I will run away?? We are not buying a HOUSE or CAR or any assets, just develop photos.

I will not support this company

Hi,

My take is that if you have quite a few portraiture, skin toned major shots...go to Kim Tian Colour Centre at Hong Lim Complex...excellent service, Fuji Frontier machine,Fuji Crystal Archive paper and 1 -day service at $0.30 for all clubsnappers...

Tel: 65381422. Contact Ms Lily Khor.

Also thank Azure whom I met and who has given me quite afew useful tips about printing....

the reason for the deposit is that you can print stuff without going to the shop. ie. upload the photos online and get the photos mailed to you. I guess this beneifts only the people who do not have the time to visit the shops.

since they accept visa payment, i don see any reason for the $50 deposit, we can pay for whatever we print + mailing charges during the transaction time, no need to go down as well
