thanks for ur reply! :) but how do u convert to TIFF? does your 10D give this option? the nikon doesnt...sob. yes I do know that the size of the file depends on the type of image but even for supercomplicated scenes, the D70 can go up to only about 3MB and that is at max res.

Hi u guys, got a problem here. My D70 takes 6mp pics which at the highest res in JPEG opens into a max of 3megabyte (MB). This is clearly not sufficient for blowing up into an A2 or A1 size print. I read of people shooting at 6mp and getting 18MB files - isit by saving in TIFF? The D70 cant...

Hi all, I'm new here. I got a D70 recently and shot a lot on holiday in NZ. most of u people probably knows its takes 6 megapixel pics.. just wondering if u guys know wat is the maximum size print I can attempt and still look presentable? A3? A2? anyone tried that size b4? thanks :)
