I am thinking man, I am going to hokkaido in Jan and will be shooting in fierce snow terrain. I am very ruggard and thinking whether this 50d can tolerate the conditions and dampness. Is there anything i should take notice of?

thanks guys, i bought the 50d with 18-200mm already, getting the flash 580ex2 today and 17-55 next month.....thanks. is it me or the focusing screen (the place we put our eye to focus) supposed to be "noisy"? my 400d is with my gf, never noticed it before lol
