Yes! That is the main reason why I am comtemplating on the 40D.

I thought at least specs wise, the 40D would be armed with a 10.2 megapixel sensor, anti-dust technology as the 400D and DIGIC III processor for better noise control.

I'll use it as my workhorse camera, while my 350D will become a backup.

thnks, you set the knob to blue region, do you have the green light on? When I set the knob to blue region (about 2 o'clock position) the green light is switch off! But RH% is 50%.
