There is will be raining, mostly in the afternoon and evening. But not too bad so far. You can go google those places name as follow : Phan Thiet (200km away from HCMC) Seaside, sand dune, seacape... Mekong Delta (about 120km away from HCMC) country side, Floading market early in the morning...
