Thanks esoeij. Right now, it's set to return to the last viewed photo. It only resets when I get the error message "No memory card. Cannot Play." It happens about 3 out of 10 times I press the playback button.

Thanks for the replies everyone. :) I went back to the shop that I got it from and tried the other 860 ISs there. I heard the same click sound on those cameras as well, so I think it's normal.

Hi all, I just got a Canon IXUS 860 IS. I notice that when I half-press the shutter button, there is an audible click sound. I think it comes from the lens. There is also that sound when I zoom in or out and when I switch between some of the modes. Is that normal? Thanks!
