Hi all, does anybody knows whether is there any shop that develop DC photos (4R) which costs 35 cents or lesser per piece in Yishun? I had checked with 2 shops at Blk 200+ (near Shop n Save), both Kodak and both are 40 cents per piece and processing fee is waive for 50 pieces and above...
