Warranty just ended.

I got a 2yrs old tamron 17-50, the zoom ring seem to be spoilt as I can't extend the barrel at time when I turn the ring. It can only be xtended after a few turn. Anyone know where can I fix it? Or I can do it by myself? Please advice...
