I agree too... since Tokina 12-24 is sharper and dont have the m-distortion as reported with the nikkor 12-24... price wise, it is much much cheaper... just got mine in HK during the long weekend. ;) brand new nikkor 12-24 f4 = $1.6K + brand new tokina 12-24 f4 = $1120 (MS color - 2 yrs...
