Sorry if this sounds stupid, but i just bought a Hagiwara 512mb CF, and i wonder if i need to format it or do anything to it before using it with my digicam. 2nd question is... is it ok if i leave my CF inside my digicam 24/7 for 365 days? or is it better to leave it outside in my dry cabinet?

ya.. i've played wif my frd's A80... seems pretty good for value... but i dun like the body of it leh.. machiam toy.. hehe.. i quite fussy eh... btw, mr_jason, ur gallery all using 300D ah? no shots taken wif G5?

hehe.. cos i tink price diff within $200~$300 is ok... over tat is more than a pinch liao... anyway, i also dun wana carry something tat looks too intimidating... G5 looks more like a compact camera, and i tink would be easier to carry too...

okie... thanks for the info... also another question, if pricing is of no issue, would gettin a G5 be better than getting a G3 because i read alot of comments tat G5 is not really better off than a G3 except for the 5megapixel

cos i'll be goin overseas for my studies, tot i can double it up as a webcam for video conferencin wif my family... tot the usb cable could power up the cam and provide interfacing at the same time...
