    Sanyo batteries Lifespan

Try using a charger with conditioning function or a slow charger to charge them up. But for relatively new battaries to be totally dead is not unheard off. I have more than 12+ Sanyo batteries, and 1 or 2 can't charge up properly.

Last peek into the bali sunset...

I like the picture. But two things, 1. Can't help but feel that a landscape orientation would be better. 2. Overall scene is slightly overexposed. 1 stop under would make the sun more orangey etc.

    EF-200 F/4 L USM a dissapointment!

I have a feeling you may be looking at the wrong thing. I have the 70-200 F4L as well as the 75-300 Mk 1 (yes, more than 15 years old). Details wise in the center, the differences are not immediately obvious. Where the 70-200 F4L pulls ahead are the following, 1. Much better wide open. 2...

    Not my Cup of tea

I think you need to re-think your lighting and your overall depth of field. The depth of field is not deep enough, and neither the teapot nor cup are completely sharp. The lighting has very harsh shadows. I am guessing you were relying on ambient tungsten lighting from the top.

    Hong Kong Night, Harbour Front

I would have cropped in tighter to avoid the wide expanse of sea. The details seem a bit soft. Since you have a tripod, a slight longer shutter with smaller aperture may have been better.

    Fountain

I like it. You are right about the jet of water obscuring her hair, spoiling and otherwise very nice photo. Composition wise, I find a little bit too much empty space on the top of the frame.

    Alyona...

#6 is my favourite ! Really nice. And one of the few shots where the messy hair works well.

    Huirong 2

Wow nice. I like #3 the most, especially how the shadows turn out.

    Portraits from Angkor..

I like the shots very much. But would like them even more if you didn't crop the top of their heads or the headdress in pic 1.

    Spring is coming!

I find the background in the first pic distracting. The second photo looks a bit soft in terms of focus.

    piano..

Picture a bit grainy. You should also close the curtains to eliminate the reflection of your lounge. Like the rest of the bros here say, a tripod will help tremendously in lowering the noise and allowing to use small aperture for maximum DOF.

    HuiRong @ Sentosa 130507

I dont like the bars in the foreground and the benches in the background. The rest of the picture is quite nice.

I like the whole series. Very nice.

    Hong Kong Trip

Take a trip to HK and you will understand. No joke, can hardly see from the harbour on HK island across to Kowloon on bad days.
