Yeah, should have paid attention to the wind direction. But then I wanted to include the cityscape into the picture and I could not think of anyway else to go other than to book a hotel somewhere...... I least I got One picture with no smoke in it..... hehehe ;)

Thanks!! :) I was shooting from the marina bay area, the large plot of land beside the ECP. Actually not a very good place to shoot from. Cannot get a lot of the city scape into my photo, the fireworks too much on the right...... The pictures above are cropped. Must find a better...
