not really imo. the bkg light actually make it look classy. Personally purple or violet lighting make good ambience.

yes, thanks. The reason is sometimes i don't wish to hv the 81A effect [eg to reproduce the exact color]. So I am thinking i could actually do a preset with the filter on to get rid of it.

pardon my ignorance. am i right to say that if i were to use the WB preset measurement on my ezy-balance graycard, the effect of using a 81A filter would be negated?

yes, agreed, so as to enhance the sky. Laborador always got very dramatic sunset. Very nice espn. given me a lot inspiration. Is there any particular way to predict such nice sunset during the day eg look out for esp cloudy day?? I hv managed to get this only on one of the ten times...
