Any anyone pls advise me which compact mirror less camera to get with decent pic quality. Budget ard less than 1k. Is it better then normal compact camera?

cant live view at all. but when i which to 28-300mm lens i can use the live view function to take pic. not sure what is the issue. also the reticle suppose to be red but it turn out to be grey
