I've been using a CanoScan 9000F for around 5 years now. No complaints, I find it easy to use and it scans up to 9600dpi (I usually scan at 2400 dpi). It comes bundled with Adobe Photoshop Elements, which is what I use for scanning. I can't seem to get very good results with the Canon software...

I think Triple D is the cheapest - SGD 3 for normal process, SGD 4.50 for cross-process (without scanning). For express (1 hour service), add SGD 3.
