I don't find the 28mm on FF a flatering focal lenght to use but that's just me...since u already have the 20mm and the 24mm... My choice would be the 20mm ultrawide if I can only choose one lens out of the three. You may have creative ways in using the 28mm I don't know...

They are all f2.8 lenses other than the 24mm (may be f2 :)) Why not get the 16-35mm? covers all focal lenght that u want :p except that the price may be more than your 3 lenses add up together.
