Hi, my SB600 speed light was faulty as the battery leak inside it, send in to Nikon Singapore for repair, the cost for repair is $242!:o I bought it at around $330 about 6 months ago, hard to decide to repair or not:dunno:, any kind soul can help and anyone know the price for a new one cost now...

I have tied the range finder feature and is quite useful, already thought of buying the 50 mm len but now someone mention of the new AF-s len:bigeyes:. Anyone know the price between the two? Doesn't it make sense to upgrade to D80 and use the older version:think:

Sorry to all, didn't log in for quite a while. I find it hard to make the green dot stay on constantly not like in AF. Maybe need more practice with my 18-55mm len. As for the range finder, need to experiment and understand more, will keep all posted soon...

I have tried manual focusing with my one and only 18-55mm(kit's len), find that auto focus by camera is faster and clearer. I am worry the same will happen with the 50mm len. Anyone can share with me your expriences? Thank you.:dunno:
